Development= Building Albion players up with a core foundation to play the game having each player master the Albion Core Curriculum.

Advancement= Advance teams to compete at the highest level; Our goal is to develop players and progress teams to the Premier level or the highest level capable for that team.

Placement= To showcase Albion players and ultimately place our players onto College or Professional teams while also preparing them to make High School, ODP teams, and gain from the exposure.
