Michal Lynn O'Kelley is originally from Oklahoma but was raised and spent most of her life playing soccer in California. After moving back to Oklahoma as a sophomore in High school, she was recruited by the University of Arkansas to play as a Razorback. Michal Lynn graduated as an SEC honor roll student and was captain of the Razorbacks for 2 years. After completing her college career, ML moved to San Diego and worked for Playground partners.

Michal Lynn started her coaching career with ALBION in 2006, and developed her hard-working and strategic leadership, believing in each player building a culture that is based on excellence in character first. With over 20 years of experience in creating knowledge, technical skills and love of the game with all teams, Michal Lynn has coached all levels of youth soccer. She holds a teaching credential in multiple subjects and coordinates all logistics, and specializes in envisioning a college program, as well as carrying out that vision into a high-level experience for our players. Michal Lynn now duals as the Placement Director and onsite Coach at ALBION SC, and off the field as the Athletic Director of High Tech High.
