Peninsula Soccer League is proud to announce PSL SELECT INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM, San Diego’s Intermediate soccer program. PSL has emerged as the leader in recreational soccer in San Diego. As a forward thinking and progressive organization, we have recognized a demand in our community for a program which will help bridge the gap between the recreational and competitive levels of youth soccer.

The collective goal of Peninsula Soccer League is to provide the very best recreational soccer experiences for children in and around the Point Loma and Ocean Beach communities. We are confident that we are second to none in our ability to deliver for our kids! The PSL SELECT INTERMEDIATE program will serve as another layer to our program to provide further opportunities for aspiring recreational players to take a step forward or a competitive player to take a step back but still play competitively.

At times, the jump from recreational soccer to competitive can be a big one. Our vision is that PSL Select will serve as another avenue for aspiring players to gradually transition to a higher level of play. We are confident that this will be an important addition to our program. This program will offer new, exciting challenges, semi professional coaching, and the teams will be composed of a common group of players to play alongside. We believe that PSL Select will serve to offer enhanced development opportunities and a love of the beautiful game!

Ages: U11-U14 Teams formed only

(Offered for players that meet an intermediate level)

* Note: By U14 we expect most teams to outgrow the intermediate level and push into Albion SC Competitive Soccer Club

MISSION

To provide an intermediate level of soccer play for the aspiring recreational player who is looking for the next challenge and development opportunity within the sport of soccer.  We aim to provide a professional learning environment where kids can develop to reach their next level and to foster the joy and passion for the sport of soccer.

These teams all compete within the Presidio Soccer League.
