KINDNESS OUTREACH 2007
First Annual Peninsula Soccer League and Albion Soccer Club Kindness Outreach

Peninsula Soccer League and Albion SC, in partnership with Canyon View Christan Fellowship, based in Tierrasanta are supporting Baker Elementary, an inner-city school with books and Christmas gifts. The first annual Peninsula Soccer League and Albion SC Kindness Outreach will collect new toys worth $10-$12 from November 1st through December 1st.  Please gift wrap them and clearly mark the age and gender on the gift.

Canyon View Christian Fellowship has done all the work with the school district, the school, and Principal while providing the opportunity for PSL and Albion to get involved in the community completely separate from soccer. Were excited to be part of something bigger than us and we hope this will provide a positive experience for all of our families and children.

All PSL and Albion players and families are asked to donate a gift for the same age and gender as their player up to age 12. Older players are requested to donate gifts according to the following list.

U13 players will support 5-6 year old children
U14 players will support 7-8 year old children
U15 players will support 9-10 year old children
U16 players will support 11-12 year old children
U17-U19 players will support 12 year old children

Note: Same gender gift as the players.
Please gift wrap them and clearly mark the age and gender on the gift.

Canyon View Christian Fellowship is also collecting books and money to purchase books so the kids have something to read at home. So, together with CVCF we hope to make an impact for all the kids at Baker Elementary this holiday season.

If Peninsula Soccer League and Albion SC collect at least 1,000 gifts I, Bob MacKenzie, will play soccer for 24 hours straight on December 13.

Donations can be dropped off Saturday game days at Robb Field Nov. 3rd,10th,17th and December 1st. or at the Clubhouse M-F after 1 pm - 4 pm.
All gifts and Books will be distributed to the school December 15, Limited opportunities to participate in the deliver is available. Please Email Bob Mackenzie if you are interested.
