ALBION SC TEAM CAMP WILL FEATURE 8 TOP COLLEGE COACHES
The Albion SC Team Camp offering its players 15 hours of top training by the entire staff at Albion SC. The camp is the building block of the entire year and is a great week of training for the club.
Within Team Camp the club has brought in 8 college coaches to train the Albion SC Placement(U15-U19) teams to get exposure and college level training.

BU14 PREMIER REACH REGION IV CHAMPIONHIP FINAL FOUR
The BU14 Premier after winning the Far West Regional League played in the Region IV Championship this last week in Landcaster, California for the opportunity to go play for the National Championship. The team beat the State Champions of Nevada, Cal North, Wyoming, Idaho and played Cal South in the Semi finals. The game went 0-0 in regulation and 20 minutes of no goals in overtime before the game was decided 5-4 in penalty kicks with Albion SC losing. The team gave up 1 goal and did not lose a game during the entire week of Region IV Championships.
BU14 PREMIER, COLIN WEBB AND OSCAR ORTEGA CALLED INTO U15 NATIONAL TEAM CAMP
Colin Webb and Oscar Ortega both have been called into the U15 National Team Camp in June held in New Jersey.
BU18 PREMIER LAND 4 MORE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS
The BU18 Premier has been a Nationally Recognized team for the last 3 years and played in the National Championship in 2006. The team has just finished up their club schedule at Albion SC and in the final weeks we have landed 4 more players to play college soccer on scholarship.

GU17 PREMIER, ALEX MCLAUGHLIN SIGNS WITH CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE
The GU17 Premier has 5 Seniors and Alex was the final Senior player unsigned until now. We have managed to get her placed at a very good soccer program with a scholarship offered and have completed the Senior Class for this team.

Albion SC has developed 5 National Team Players to date and every year Cal South looks to Albion SC for our players being developed in the club. Most recently Cal South has announced the 1994 & 1995 Pool in which we have 3 players selected into the 1995 Pool. Congratulations to the following players.

GU17 PREMIER, CASEY LOCKEY SIGNS WITH CAL STATE FULLERTON
Casey Lockey came to Albion SC one year ago with desires to play college soccer. Within one season Casey was provided the exposure she needed to gain offers from several schools around the country. Casey, a Senior on the GU17 Premier team will become the 2nd player to committ and earn a scholarship to play soccer for Demian Brown at Cal State Fullerton.
DEVIN MARSHALL VERBALLY COMMITS TO ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
Albion SC’s very own Devin Marshal has committed to attend ASU in the Fall of 2010. Devin has been in a position to choose the school of her choice and have had offers from UC Berkley, Santa Clara, North Carolina, and many more. She is currently a Junior in high school and plays on our GU17 Premier team.
ALBION SC DEVELOPS 5th NATIONAL TEAM PLAYER, COLIN WEBB INVITED TO NATIONAL TEAM CAMP
Albion SC and Colin Webb got notified that he has been called into the US U15 National Team Camp on February 15-22, 2009 in Bradenton, Florida. Colin is the 5th player in Albion SC that has been called into the US National Team and is the 2nd on the BU14 Premier team. Colin was recently showcased with the U18 Premier team at the Disney College Showcase and performed well in front of the US National Team Coaches earning him the opportunity to play with the US Team.
TOP DRAWER SOCCER NAME JEREMIAH BUNTON TOP 100 PLAYER IN THE USA FOR 2009
Top Drawer Soccer just contacted Albion SC to announce that Jeremiah Bunton from the BU18 Premier Elite team is named to the top 100 player list for 2009.
BU18 PREMIER ELITE, CHASE OCTON RECRUITED TO PLAY SOCCER AT UCSD
Chase Octon came to Albion SC 3 seasons ago and had been playing on the Red team in the club for 2 of his 3 seasons with Albion SC. In his final year Chase was pulled into the Premier Elite team and in that season he showcased himself well enough to have many colleges and universities around the country after him. Chase will attend UCSD in the fall to play soccer and go to school.
GU17 PREMIER, KELCEY GRISWOLD AND MORGAN KEEFE ACCEPT OFFERS TO PLAY COLLEGE SOCCER
GU17 Premier continues to showcase themselves everywhere they play and with that two Senior players have already accepted offers to go play at Harvard University (Morgon Keefe) and Whitworth University( Kelcey Griswold)
ALBION SC ANNOUNCES FIRST PROFESSIONAL PLAYER SIGNED TO PARIS ST GERMAIN (PSG)
The word is traveling through US Soccer as Albion’s very own, Jeremiah Bunton has been selected to play for PSG ( Paris St. Germain) in France. As one of Albion’s truest products, Jeremiah has pushed himself into the European game after being spotted by professional scouts in France. Jeremiah has been working extremely hard towards this goal and has now proven to all American players the dream of playing in Europe is possible. Jeremiah will spend the next year with PSG and have many opportunities in the months ahead. Jeremiah was a PSL All-Star who was then brought into the Albion SC program at age 8. His focus and determination to become a professional existed at the youngest of ages and the club has supported and provided the training neccessary for him to reach his goals. Stay tuned for updates on his year with PSG and all the exciting things that follow for Jeremiah.
